Babatunde Olatunji, a Nigerian elder, known as "the world's foremost ambassador of African music," started the community drumcircle movement almost 50 years ago with "the mission to create peace and harmony amongst communities."

Tanya Schur received her DCF (Drum Circle Facilitator) certification with Arthur Hull, an American drum master who is building the global village drumcircle and has trained over 400 facilitators around the world!

Tanya offers rhythmic playshops in schools & corporate settings to enhance personal potential and strengthen communities. She facilitates healthy lifestyle workshops for professional development and personal growth with group drumming and other forms of creative expression.

Education
Tanya is currently working on a Master's Degree in Leadership and Training at Royal Roads University, Victoria, B.C.
