These medicine wheel teachings have come to me through the Creator, the Elders of my community and the teachers of Kakakaway & Associates. I am still learning things about the sacred wheel of life, as well as my own journey around it.
Understanding Yourself and Others
Ideal duration: Two day Audience: Aboriginal Youth and Adults exploring career development
Guiding Circles engages individuals in meaningful discussion to lead them through a career self-assessment. Attendees participate in varied activities to help them identify and tell specific life stories in a positive, focused, self-reflective way. These stories connect their personal discoveries to what is required from others in the world of school and work.
